Before you resubmit a rejected document
Treat the rejection as a diagnostic signal rather than a reason to change the document artificially. Check the file for blur, glare, cropping, missing sides, expired or outdated evidence, inconsistent personal information, or a document type that does not match the request.
If the rejection message names a specific problem, fix that problem and only that problem. Do not edit a genuine document to make the data match; correct the underlying account information through the appropriate official process instead.
